ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B and Section 5 of TNPID Act 1997 and 4, 5 (a) of Prize Chit and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act., in Crime No.1 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was an employee in a finance establishment know as M/s.Nirmal Krishna Nidhi Ltd. The said finance establishment has committed default. A case was registered in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the respondent. Though a submission was made by the respondent that the petitioner was holding the post of Additional Director, it appears that it was for a short while only. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner was actually an employee in the said company, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent for a period of two weeks, daily at 10.30 am and extend https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
