The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint sent by the petitioner on 28.09.2017.

2.Heard Mr.R.Manoharan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the basis of complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Cr.No.748 of 2017 by the second respondent on 15.11.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 468, 471, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.
