ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to give appropriate instruction to his subordinate's not to interfere in civil dispute and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner or interfere with the complaint in C.No.471/DSP/DCB-1/TRI/2025, dated 19.09.2025 lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint in C.No. 471/DSP/DCB-1/TRI/2025, dated 19.09.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
