O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2015 lodged through post.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that similar matters have been transferred to CBI and hence, the present case has also to be transferred to CBI for further steps.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent transfer the present case to CBI within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
