O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.24 of 2017, dated 07.09.2017 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that both parties appeared before the respondent police and they are amicably dissolved the dispute among themselves and hence, the respondents police closed the complaint as "further action dropped".

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The second respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition.
