ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint, dated 26.07.2017, given by the petitioner against the accused mentioned in the complaint.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the respondent and during the enquiry, the petitioner has agreed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli and therefore, the said complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Police Station/Station House Officer and make a fresh complaint, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
