This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditional order passed in para 5 in Cr.M.P.No.1277 of 2021 in Crl.A.No. 8 of 2021, on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai dated 07.04.2021. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to mobilise the funds for complying with the conditional order imposed by the Court below. 3.Considering the above submission, time granted for suspension of sentence, by the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai in para 5 in Cr.M.P.No.1277 of 2021 in Crl.A.No. 8 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021, is extended till 19.04.2022, failing which this petition stands dismissed automatically. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
