ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.03.2018 and investigate the case accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, the proposed accused, who are all the third parties unlawfully entered and trespassed into the petitioner's property. When she questioned, they threatened and attacked her. Hence, the petitioner has made a complaint before the respondents. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed this present Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted

that the enquiry is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
