Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAMED RIYAZ N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 6 (b) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22274 of 2022, dated 16.12.2022.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.This Court by an order dated 16.12.2022 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to report before the every day at 10.30 am.,, for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 17.02.2023 and due to age he is unable to comply with the conditions, hence he seeks modification of the said https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition no.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
