ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.3 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the State. 3.On 21.01.2015, this Court has passed the following orders: "Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time.

It is seen that this petitioner had promised the defacto complainant that he will get medical college admission for his ward and thereby has received Rs.17.50 lakhs from the defacto complainant over a period of time from August, 2014. After receiving the amount, he has neither got the seat nor returned the amount. It is represented that there is another case pending against this petitioner. Adjourned the matter "for orders" on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 28.01.2015."

4.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. This Court declined the permission in view of the fact that the matter is posted under the caption "For Orders".

5.Taking into consideration the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
