Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to take appropriate action for removal of public nuisance and encroachments made in public pathway as per Section 133 of Cr.P.C on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2016 before the first respondent. ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to take action under Section 133 Cr.P.C to remove the obstruction.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner himself has given statement that there is no obstruction in the public compound wall. 3.In view of the above subsequent development, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
