This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 24.02.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 24.02.2022 and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 24.02.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
