This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 24.02.2022.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 24.02.2022 and the same is still pending.
