Respondents Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the the Respondents 2 & 3 not to interfere in a civil dispute in respect of the Nanja Lands bearing in Survey Nos.73/2, 9/2, 9/3 & 9/4 to an total extent of 64.50 hectares and not to harass the petitioner herein in enjoying the above stated landed properties in the guise of enquiry on the issue relating to the above civil dispute.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in a civil dispute in respect of the Nanja lands bearing Survey Nos.73/2, 9/2, 9/3 & 9/4 to an total extent of 64.50 hectares and not to harass the petitioner herein in enjoying the above stated landed properties under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before the Court.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
