This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2017.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 20.11.2017. Hence, there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before the Court.

3.In view of the above submission, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
