Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.80 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition as far as A2/Mathavan is concerned. The said Mathavan is said to have inflicted injuries on victim with aruval. It is further undertaken by the learned counsel that no further application for anticipatory bail will be filed on behalf of the said Mathavan. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of A2/Mathavan.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no previous case pending against the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 to 5.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Taking note of the fact that no previous case is pending against the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 to 5, this Court is inclined to

grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, Petitioner Nos.1 and 3 to 5 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5.The Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
