PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2017 and consequently direct the respondents to implement the proceedings of the 1st respondent in R.C.No.Bldgs II(1)/403/ 167889/2008, dated 27.08.2008 and comply the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras-Madurai

ORDER
When this Writ Petition came up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for both sides as well as the learned Advocate Commissioner that alleging that the respondents 2 to 5 have not given physical possession of the encroached land of the petitioner, even after the direction issued by this Court in the earlier round of litigations and also direction issued by the first respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition and therefore, this Court had appointed an Advocate Commissioner and now, the respondents have put up a compound wall in their property and thereby, handed over possession of the land to the petitioner and therefore, the dispute among them is resolved and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed his report to that effect with photographs.
2. Recording the above submissions and report of the Advocate Commissioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
