2.On earlier hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was required to verify as to whether the closure report has been sent to the petitioner. The entire CD file has been produced today. Perusal of CD file shows that RCS notice has been served upon the petitioner and his signature is also available in the copy of the notice. The learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the above said signature. 3.Let the petitioner get a copy of the RCS notice from the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and workout his remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said liberty and directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
