ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A3 and A4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 447,379, and 506(ii) of IPC r/w. Sec. 3 of PPD Act in Crime No.304 of 2014, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to civil dispute the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the 4th accused had instituted suit in O.S.No.464 of 2015 against the brother of the de facto complainant and in this suit Commissioner was appointed, he has filed his report.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this case has been registered on 06.05.2014 and the accused are still absconding.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi and on each of them executing a bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
