This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.09.2017.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been forwarded to the District Social Welfare Officer and the respondent is awaiting for report from the said Officer. 3.Since the said Officer is not a party in the present petition, no direction can be given in this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
