ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.2, arrested by the respondent police on 09.01.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 397, 201, 414, 302 of IPC and 5 and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 r/w Sections.3(2)(v) of SC/ST(POA) Amendment Ordinance Act 2014, in Crime No.125 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case, the charge sheet has already been filed in this case and taken on the file in Special S.C.No.7/2015 and it is pending before the competent Court.

4.In view of the above submissions, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
