It is pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order of suspension has been passed by the respondent on 19.02.2020 in nr.K.Miz.vz;.386-m1-2020, dated 19.02.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the suspension order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the above said order.
