O R D E R

The tenant/respondent in R.L.T.O.P.No.31 of 2023 on the file of the Rent Control Tribunal (Principal District Munsif Court) 1/4

Tiruchirappalli has filed the present civil revision petition challenging dismissal of his application filed for a direction to the landlord to restore EB service connection.

2.A perusal of the order impugned in the revision petition reveals that the request of the tenant has been rejected primarily on the ground that a complaint has to be lodged only before the Rent Authority and not before the Rent Control Tribunal.

3.According to the landlord, the electricity service connection has already been restored and the same is alive. 4.In view of the above said facts, no further adjudication is called for. Recording the same, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.03.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No msa 2/4
