This petition has been filed praying to call for the records in Crime No.183 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the 1st respondent would submit that the petitioner herein is not accused in Crime No.183 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent police and further submitted that the charge sheet has also been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
