Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code,to direct the learned Special Court for TANPID Act, cases, Madurai to proceed the case in C.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the learned Special Court under TANPID Act, Cases, Madurai and dispose the case within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 29.11.2017 and the requisition letter submitted by the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, vide letter in D.No.469/2018 dated 29.06.2018 and upon hearing of Mr.R.Karunanidhi Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)for the respondents made the following order:

By letter, dated 29.06.2018 addressed to the Registrar (Administration), the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, has requested further time of one year to dispose of the C.C.No.11 of 2015.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 29.11.2017.
