PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to him.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to him. 2.There is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 5 with regard to the property comprised in Door No.132 and 133 in Survey No.1372 at Sellur Palam Station Road. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5215 of 2022 respondents 4 and 5 are attempting to disturb the possession and enjoyment of the said property. Therefore all the allegations made in the complaint are civil in nature and the police protection sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.

3. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Civil Court for the appropriate relief.
