ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 20.10.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2.Heard Mr.B.Jeyakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have closed the complaint without making any proper enquiry

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after the enquiry, the complaint has been closed as no sufficient materials have been produced by the petitioner to proceed further. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
