O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for causing production of the detenu Sneha.

2. Sneha is the petitioner's daughter. She had gone missing. Today the second respondent produced her before me. Sneha is aged little than 18 years. She states that she had already got married to the third respondent A.Mayakrishnan and that she wants to be united with her husband. She does not want to go back to her father's house.

3. Since the detenu had attained the age of majority, it is not for this Court to say anything more than that. Recording the submission of the detenu, the criminal original petition stands closed.
