Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned event on 13.03.2020 and 14.03.2020. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 04.03.2020.
3.The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings permitting the petitioner to hold the event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions for ensuring smooth and peaceful conduct of the event.
