Proceedings in R.C.O.P.No.30 of 2017 on its file within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Rent Controller, Trichirappalli (Principal District Munsif Court, Trichy) to dispose of the R.C.O.P. Proceedings in R.C.O.P.No.30 of 2017.

2.Twice the R.C.O.P.No.30 of 2017 was posted for an ex-parte evidence. Thereafter, an Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.6 of 2018 was filed on 21.01.2018. Still now, the same is pending without any progress.

3.Reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the proceedings in I.A.No.6 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and is further directed to dispose of the main R.C.O.P.No.30 of 2017 within a period of two months therefrom. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
