This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground. 2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the order passed in WP(MD)No.6185 of 2017, dated 26.02.2019, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
