The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register a case as per the complaint of the petitioner and the CSR Receipt No.380 of 2017 issued by the second respondent herein dated 17.09.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been registered in Cr.No.582 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Section 317 IPC, by the first respondent police.
