This petition has been filed seeking transfer I.D.O.P.No.19 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukottai, to the Additional District Court at Virudhunagar. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner is working in Virudhunagar and she has filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2019 before the Sub-Court, Virudhunagar. The husband filed a petition in I.D.O.P.No.19 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukottai, for restitution of conjugal rights and the same has to be transferred to the file of the learned Additional District Court at Virudhunagar.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondent. For administrative convenience, both I.D.O.P.No.19 of 2020 and H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2019 are withdrawn and from the the file of the learned Principal District Court, Pudukottai and from the file of the Sub-Court, Virudhunagar. Both the cases are transferred to the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur. The Principal District Judge, Pudukottai and the Sub-Judge, Virudhunagar are directed to transmit the entire records in I.D.O.P.No.19 of 2020 and H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2019 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR C.M.P (MD) No.145 of 2020 Principal District Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur. The Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur. is hereby, directed to issue fresh notice to both the parties after the cases are transferred and renumbered.

4.With the above the directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
