ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as second accused in S.C.No.153 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. On account of his absence, non-bailable warrant was issued.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear regularly on all future hearing dates and if he is not in a position to appear, an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. would be filed. If this undertaking is breached, then this anticipatory bail order would stand cancelled automatically.
