The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the third respondent not to harass him and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by one Rajendran against the present petitioner was registered in Current Petition No. N.Ref.GDP/366/SPTNI/2021 of Veerapandi Police Station, Theni District and the Sub Inspector of Police, Veerapandi Police Station after conducting enquiry closed the same and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
