ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to number the suit filed by the petitioner. 1/4
2.The petitioner filed a suit as against his brother seeking partition. However, the trial Court returned the same stating that the petitioner has not annexed necessary documents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that it would be suffice if liberty is granted to the petitioner re-present the returned plaint. 4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to re-present the returned plaint after complying with the provisions set out under Order 7 of CPC. On such re-presentation, the trial Court is directed to number the suit, if the papers are otherwise in order and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
