ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to make changes in the Revenue Records based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2023, after perusing the bona fide documents submitted by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. According to the petitioner, he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in question. He has submitted a representation dated 31.01.2023, requesting changes in the Revenue Records pertaining to his property. He has also submitted bona fide documents supporting his claim, which establish the his rights over the property in question. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the Writ Petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2023, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and any other persons, who may be affected by such decision, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
