ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the case against the proposed accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2017 in CSR No.1029/2017 pending on the file of the second respondent and conduct investigation in accordance with law and file the final report after concluding the investigation.

2.Heard Mr.D.Christenson Jugunu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed, after the preliminary enquiry and further action was dropped.

4.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner provided in law.
