PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.135/1A1, 137/1G1A at Aaviyur Village, Kariapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, and fix the boundary stones with provide adequate police protection within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in S.Nos.135/1A1, 137/1G1A, at Aaviyur Village, 2.The Writ Petition is filed based on the Patta Transfer Order passed by the first respondent dated 21.06.2021. The Writ Petition filed by one K.Muthuvelu in W.P.(MD)No.12053 of 2021, challenging the order passed by the first respondent, dated 21.06.2021, was allowed today and the matter was remitted back to the file of the first respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this present Writ Petition based on the order passed by the first respondent which was already set aside cannot be entertained. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to put forth their case before the revenue officials, whenever the matter is taken up for hearing as per order passed in W.P(MD)No.12053 of 2021. No costs.
