O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The petitioner states that the second respondent registered a complaint in Crime No.252 of 2017 against the petitioner's brother and that the petitioner's brother was also remanded on 20.10.2017 by the second respondent. It is the further case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and that the second respondent un necessarily harassing the petitioner and her father. It is in the circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is constrained to file this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that no complaint is received as against the petitioner and that therefore, there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

harassment. It is further represented that no further enquiry is contemplated as against the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
