*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner only wants permission for preparation of extensive meal [Annadana Virundhu] for the purpose of serving the devotees inside the temple premises to mark "Thirukalyana Utsavam" [celestial wedding] of Arulmigu Nellaiyappar Arultharaum Gandhimathi Amman Temple, Tirunelveli Town, on 04.11.2018.
2. Mr.S.Madhavan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, would submit that the permission has been kept pending, in view of the usage of fire https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
