ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2025 and to monitor the investigation of the case in Crime No.09 of 2024 registered by the 3rd respondent and investigated by the 2nd respondent herein.
2. Mr.K.Suresh, learned counsel seeks adjournment to filed an implead petition on behalf of the defacto complainant by saying that there are so many allegations levelled against the investigating officer.
3. At this juncture, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that he withdraw the allegations levelled against the investigating officer and his prayer is only to monitor the investigation by the superior authority, namely, the Superintendent of Police / 1st respondent herein.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in all District Crime Branch (DCB) cases, the Superintendent of Police used to monitor the investigation. Therefore, the prayer itself is unnecessary one.
5. Since the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has withdrawn all the allegations against the investigating officer and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also submitted that in all the DCB cases, the Superintendent of Police is monitoring the investigation, recording the above said submissions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
