This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and civil right of the petitioner and not to harass the petitioner. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, complaints preferred by the third respondent Anitha and one Jisthi Mohammed have been inquired into and cases have been registered in Crime Nos.353 and 354 of 2017 on 11.10.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 324, 323 and 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 in Crime No.353 of 2017 and Sections 294(b), 447, 427, 379 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.354 of 2017.
