ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground. 2.The petitioner's representation seeking for appointment on compassionate ground, due to the death of his father, while he was in service, has not been considered so far, by the respondents, which has resulted in filing of the present writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2017 came to be returned for complying certain queries as well as for enclosing the required documents.

4.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to comply with the return within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such compliance, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2017, on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks therefrom.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
