ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.60 of 2015 within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of one and half years from the date of registration of the case, the first respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the first respondent requires two

months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.60 of 2015.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.60 of 2015 before the Court concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
