Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition insofar as the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the de-facto complainant vide order dated 15.04.2015 made in Cr.M.P.No.933 of 2015.

O R D E R

This petition is filed for modification of the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the de-facto complainant vide order dated 15.04.2015 made in Cr.M.P.No.933 of 2015.

2. The petitioner was granted bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram on condition that he should deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the de-facto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition is onerous and it has to be modified.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that considering the nature of offence, the condition was imposed on the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the Sessions Court for necessary relief.
