COMMON ORDER The petitioners have moved these petitions to quash the proceedings pending against them in Cr.Nos.533 & 534 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police on the ground of compromise along with compromise memo signed by the defacto complainant and the petitioners. 2.When these petitions are taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that after completing the investigation final report in Crime No.533 of 2023 has already been filed and it is taken on file in CC.No.121 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the final report in Crime No.534 of 2023 is yet to be taken on file.

3.These petitions have been filed to quash the first information reports. Since it is reported that already final reports have been filed, these petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final reports and to raise all these grounds before the trial court.
