JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The fifth respondent in W.P.(MD)No.28020 of 2023 is the appellant herein. The appellant has filed O.S.No.49 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi against the writ petitioner, the local church and TANGEDCO officials. The appellant apprehends that the findings set out in the order dated 28.11.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.28020 of 2023 may operate to his prejudice in the pending civil suit. We make it clear that the learned Single Judge has made her 2/4

observations only for the purpose of granting relief in the writ petition. They will not in any way confer any right on the writ petitioner nor operate to the prejudice of the appellant. The parties will work out their rights independently before the Civil Court. The Civil Court will decide the matter based on the evidence adduced before it. 2.The writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
