The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner's presence is absolutely required for interrogation in respect of the said complaint.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the appearance of the petitioner is required for interrogation, the respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner (as and when her presence is essential), indicating specific time, place and date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent for interrogation on receipt of the summons. Except by issuing summons, the petitioner shall not be required to attend the office of the respondents.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
