ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2021 and to conduct enquiry and to take appropriate action in respect of the money cheating case committed by ALPHA FX MARKETS owned by P.Vimal Kumar within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court

2. It is seen from the complaint that there are very serious allegations as against the accused persons that they have collected more money from the petitioner and other general public and cheated them.

W.P (MD).No.4834 of 2022 3.In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to register complaint on the complaint of the petitioner dated 6.10.2021 and conduct investigation.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
