The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the first respondent.

2.The case of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is that since the petitioner had encroached upon the Government land by including it, Village Administrative Officer has given a complaint. This, of-course, is denied by the petitioner herein. 3.In these circumstances, the following directions are issued:- (i)If the first respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, formal summons will be sent.
